And it means you have peace of mind knowing that we’re on your side at all times and that our fees are not going to come out of your pocket. Better still, we by-pass the sales staff and deal with the building company management directly. This generally means your job is priced and managed at a high level and at a price free of any unnecessary sales commissions from their consultants.
