I only heard of BBP after i had an Architect charge me $15,000 to have my own designs completed. Unfortunately I realised after reading the BBP web site that I paid for works the architect had done that will not be used by any most builders. I also realised that copyright WAS by the architect so I was forced to go only with their builders and if I wanted to go to another builder of my choice they had to do it and I was NOT allowed. Unhappy with this situation and feeling trapped that I was not getting a competitive quote engaged BBP to re do the plans for an amazing $3900 – I own the copyright and can shop wherever I want. Have no doubt BBP will beat me but that’s the whole idea.
