How We Obtain Volume Discounts:

We all know that buying in bulk saves money. Buying a carton of soft drinks produces a cheaper unit cost per can than just buying one can on its own.  So how can BBP create a far lower building price if you want to build only once?

This is where BBP’s volume buying power comes in. We pool your home contract together (en masse) with other consumers’ home contracts to create a VOLUME POOL of building jobs available every week. This volume building pool stimulates builders to price low in order to win a share of the large number of BBP clients’ building contracts.

Builders do NOT have to outlay any advertising or marketing costs to obtain these contracts from BBP, resulting in their prices for these jobs being lower- so consumers obtain major savings with a builder direct price.

How We Create Competition Between Builders:

BBP can deal direct with hundreds of quality builders. Many are top names well known to you. The builders know we have a large volume of building contracts in our building pool always ready for pricing.

When BBP submits your plans into the bidding process, the builders bid low because they know, (unlike consumers), that BBP are aware of the opportunities for large savings. If, however, a builder is not truly competitive, we give them the opportunity to reduce their original quoted price.

BBP deal directly with top management of the building companies, not the salespersons.  And as in most things, real competition between builders creates far better prices.

Why we Bypass the Builder’s Salesperson:

Salespersons play a vital role in the building industry; after all, who else will sit all day over the weekend and mid-week in the sales centres at the display villages, handing out brochures and answering homebuyers’ challenging questions?

When you buy this way, the builder’s salesperson is paid a commission on your home contract, and rightly so.

However, because with BBP’s assistance you now own the copyright on your home plans, we bypass the builder’s salesperson, as there is no need to involve them. We deal direct with the management of the building company, using the leverage of BBP’s volume buying power, resulting in big savings that we pass on to you.
