BBP can approach and deal with any builder provided the builder and the owner agree and commit to the following strict criteria guidelines set down by BBP management.

1. Quality build means quality builders. There are builders and there are builders. BBP have strict quality control systems in place to make sure we pin point clients to the very best.
2. Client service. Builders seeking more work from BBP must maintain an extremly high level of customer service to all BBP clients. We believe communication is key and we insist on this from day one of the project until the day of key hand over.
3. Fantastic prices. When builders price their standard home construction jobs, their pricing formula generally includes a cost for all their advertising, display homes and costs to run expensive sales teams. However BBP supplies a volume of new work to builders on a plate at no cost to them. That’s why builders are able to provide our clients with ‘stripped bare’ pricing – you’re not paying for unecessary overheads that haven’t contributed to your lead. As a BBP client, you get the best value – we negotiate the low prices and pass those savings onto you.

Any builder who fails to deliver on any of these selection criteria are immediately suspended from getting more free work from BBP forever. BBP have a ‘no second chance’ policy so builders know they must stay on the ball at all times.
