Your Home Buyers Guide was the best money i spent to date while looking to build a new home. After reading, i used the knowledge and finally saw for the same size home you can if you dont have the knowledge of this books contents pay well over $100,000 on a double storey home. You dont want to buy this book after sigining with a builder as you may get very upset with how much you just paid.
