Can BBP really guarantee the best price? BBP offers a 100% money guarantee challenge (not a 100% unconditional guarantee) that we will beat the best building price you obtain from any builder using your identical copyright design plan/s and specification being same oven, taps etc by:

• $10,000 on a single storey home
• $50,000 on a double storey home
• $100,000 on $1M plus construction
• $500,000 on a $5M plus construction

If we DO NOT beat the best price you obtain then you do not pay to BBP the $200 pricing success fee. If we DO beat the best price you obtain then you pay ONLY $200 for our pricing success fee challenge. You choose the builders for us to approach if you want; you then ask other builders to price your job. When all the prices are in you simply compare our price to what you obtained. In the event you believe you have a better price you simple send your best building quote to BBP in the EXACT state you received it from the builder. We will do a price comparison as many items possibly unknown to you may not have been included in your quote. If we cannot beat your best price then you do not pay BBP the $200 pricing success fee. However at least you will know you were lucky to have obtained a great price. If you are going to protect your assumed better builders price and not disclose that to BBP if required then we suggest you do not engage us in the first place as how can we do our job when a consumer with limited industry knowledge is protecting a price they do not fully understand and know it’s entire contents and meanings.
