  2. BBP shop your plans with builders to get the best price and we ask you to obtain independent of BBP your own quotes on the same plans and specifications.
  3. You select the best building price from all the quotes that BBP and you have obtained.

BBP are only paid when you select and proceed with a builder that BBP have approached for a price and the choice of builder is entirely up to YOU.

BBP have the best prices and when YOU select the builder that we sourced we will refund you the cost of the drawing fees. Now that’s more money in your pocket!

Our monthly volume of jobs let’s us deal BUILDER DIRECT and we by-pass the sales divisions.

The end result is you get great building prices backed by BBP professionals who work for you 7 days a week.
