Or you know no doubt at least have a vision for your dream home. If that’s the case, we will match you with one of over 100 BBP accredited designers and architects who can work closely with you to put your inspiration on paper. STEP TWO – PRICE NEGOTIATION

Once your plans have been received by our expert team, your design will be sent to a builder that is matched for your job type. Builders are carefully chosen based on our quality selection criteria and our BBP negotiation team will work closely with these builders to ensure that the best possible price is negotiated and secured, along with ensuring all the ‘little things’ are ticked off – inclusions, timeframes and detailed specifications.

This ensures that you not only get the best price possible but you have total peace of mind that you’re not going to get any nasty surprises along the way.

At this point you’re welcome to compare your BBP price with quotes from other builders … in fact, we encourage it! You’ll see that our price is the most competitive (and the best value) due to our volume buying power.

STEP THREE – PROJECT SUPPORT

Once your builder is chosen and appointed, our role switches from negotiator to hand-holder. Our expert team is available to you throughout the critical construction and contractual stages of your project to ensure key milestones are met, standards are adhered to and that the project stays on track. This ongoing support is provided at no cost to you and ensures that your home is built on time, on budget and to the standard that will call for champagne celebrations down the track.
